In alignment with the mission and vision of the Rapid City Area School District, the mission and commitment of the Office of Federal Programs, Grants and State Assessments is to coordinate and manage resources which supplement quality instructional practices that positively impact student achievement, and to facilitate state summative assessments that measure student achievement.
