WHO WE ARE
We believe in a healthy, happy workplace culture and are continually striving to achieve that. Below you will find our belief statement and expectations for all staff. Our team developed these during the 2017-18 school year and they are the foundation of who we are.
In our belief statement you will see we feel strongly that today’s actions, words, and EXTRAORDINARY moments will help create a successful tomorrow. As a member of our team you will be held accountable to a high level; our expectations set the standard for our team and help create those extraordinary moments for our students.
Along with our positive work culture, we also provide professional development. These days were especially created on the calendar, by the Superintendent, as a way to provide needed training and professional development opportunities. We cover a variety of topics at these trainings including: food safety & sanitation, personal hygiene, health & wellness, team building, communication, human resource topics, etc.
We want to support you in becoming the best version of you!
Starting wage for a food service worker is $12.54.
Our staff are 9 month employees and follow the school calendar. In addition, there are limited Summer Food Service Program positions available (varying in hours) between the months of June and August.
