·         If a student is participating in the High School Dual Credit program, they are still considered a first-time student for the purposes of the admissions application process. Indicating a different status may cause the fee waiver to be rejected in some of the participating institutions’ systems.

·         If a student submits their application before or after the designated free application period, they will have to pay their application fee. The waivers are only good from October 18-November 30.  To avoid complications, we urge that applications be completed and submitted before 3pm on Tuesday, November 30.

·         Make sure students are using an email address that they check regularly and can access at school. This is how the admissions and financial aid offices will communicate with them if they are missing anything or need additional verification.
