CHS, SHS, and RCAA students proudly represented our community as Youth City Council delegates at the NLC Congressional City Conference in Washington, D.C.!
They joined over 300 youth delegates nationwide, building connections and sharing ideas. Two RCAS students were selected for national leadership roles — an incredible achievement!
Our students also met with South Dakota legislators, ensuring the voices of Rapid City’s youth were heard loud and clear in our nation’s capital.
