CobblerWelcome To Central High School! We are excited to have the Class of 2022 joining our “Cobbler “ family. Please join Central High School Freshman House Administration and Counselors as we present at your middle school to review the registration process for the upcoming school year. We will provide an overview of the pre-registration process, different programs available at Central, and share valuable information as your student transitions to high school. If you have questions please see your Middle School Counselor or call the Central High School Freshman House at 394-4075!!

Secondary Accelerated Learner Services Coordinator Mrs. Kathryn Sosa will be providing a review of Central’s Accelerated Learner Services.

 

All 9th grade students at Central High School must sign up for 8 classes per semester.

 

During Registration Information Night, students will receive the following information:

Green Elective Sheet – submitted to their middle school counselor during their assigned registration date

Freshman Orientation ~ Central High School – August 20th & 21st

Students will:

  • Receive class schedule
  • Receive handbooks and lunch forms
  • Take school picture and receive school ID
  • Attend Informational sessions (for students and parents)
  • Receive t-shirt (for those who attend orientation)
  • Meet the students Core Teachers

FAQ’s Specific to Central HS

  1. Where do Freshmen park their vehicles during the school day?

    Freshmen may park in the North and Northwest lots, all freshmen enter through the Main entrance (North side of the building).

  2. Do Students have to wear student ID’s?

    Yes all students in grades 9-12 MUST wear their student IDs during school hours while in the building.  IDs MUST be visible at all times.  Students receive 2 free ID’s and lanyards.  Additional IDs can be purchased at a cost to the student of $5.00.
