Meals for Distance Learners (or Level 3 schools)
Meals are available for pick up on Tuesday, Dec. 1st for distance learning students at the below sites and times. Students or parents/guardians (students do not need to be present) are able to pick up 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches on Thursday. These meals are served at no charge, parents do not have to pre-order them, and meals can be picked up at these schools regardless of which school the student is enrolled in (Example: meals can be picked up for a Grandview student at South Middle). Parents/guardians and/or students are to walk up to the main entrance and Student Nutrition staff will open the door and ask how many students they’re picking up meals for. Student Nutrition staff will then place the meals on carts outside the building and parents will grab the meals. Parents are to maintain physical distance, not enter the building, and follow the contactless pick up protocol. Meal pick up locations and times will be adjusted on a weekly basis.

*Please note we do our best to predict the number of meals to prepare, but these numbers vary daily. We served 15,400 grab-n-go meals to our students the week of November 20th and we are proud that we are able to provide assistance to so many families. However, if we are unable to prepare more meals on site that have all of the necessary components and meet USDA regulations, we will direct you to a different organization within the community. Thank you for your patience and understanding!*
