 Volunteer: Student Development

Reading Intervention: Help our students develop key reading skills that are critical to their long-term success.

Math Tutoring: Assist our students in navigating the world of mathematics. Math tutoring ranges from basic addition and subtraction through trigonometry.

Science Exploration: Introduce students to the many fields of STEAM² science. From robotics to chemistry, RCAS needs volunteers from all backgrounds.

Student Mentor: Be a role model and support system for an RCAS student. From homework help to life-ready skills and career planning, you can make a difference.


Volunteer: School Support

Classroom Support: Provide classroom support to help our teachers enhance their classroom opportunities.

Office Assistant: Help in the areas of filing, administrative projects, and support.

 


Volunteer: Student Enrichment Activities

After-School Programming: Provide after-school clubs/workshops for our RCAS students.

Field Trip/Learning Tour Chaperone: Give students the opportunity to learn outside of the classroom by chaperoning community outings.

One-Time Events: Help with one-time events, including but not limited to sports, dances, or family nights. RCAS can keep you up to date on upcoming volunteer opportunities.


Volunteer: College/Career and STEAM² Exploration

College Prep Support: Help our students research colleges, navigate college applications, and prepare for their ongoing education.

Guest Speaker: Present in the classroom and share your field of expertise.

Mentoring one-on-one in school to build a friendship and have fun. The mission of the TeamMates Mentoring Program is to positively impact the world by inspiring students to reach their full potential through mentoring. Commitment is three hours a month!
