60th Annual Resource Conservation Speech Contest. Contact your local conservation district for details on the local contest dates. 2021 Topic: "What Have You Done for Conservation Lately?" Two local winners advance to state competition, with winners receiving $1, 100/750/450 in scholarship dollars.

Head Start Program
